Accessibility statement

Scope of this statement

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.evexcreative.com of Berner Media Agency Oy (trading as Evex Creative), including its Finnish, English and Swedish pages. The statement follows the model required by the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019).

Our goal is for the website to meet the level A and AA requirements of WCAG 2.1. This statement does not cover the Evex panel (app.evexcreative.com) or external services linked from the website.

Compliance status

The website partially meets the level A and AA requirements of WCAG 2.1. The known issues are listed below.

Content that is not yet accessible

• In the review form (home page and Free analysis page), the domain and email fields have no visible label. The field names are available to screen readers and the fields show example text, but the example text disappears when you start typing (WCAG 3.3.2).
• On the English and Swedish pages, the language of the content area is marked, but the language of the whole page is only updated once the page's JavaScript has loaded. The footer is in Finnish in all language versions (WCAG 3.1.1).
• The accessibility of the downloadable PDF guides has not been checked.
• Website analysis result pages (/analyysi/domain and the review result page) are generated from each company's data. Their structure has been reviewed in the source code, but automated testing has not been run on every result.

How the website was tested

We carried out the review ourselves on 30 September 2026. All 46 public pages in three languages were tested automatically with axe-core 4.13 in Chrome at two screen widths (1,280 and 320 pixels) against the WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules. Before the fixes, 1,534 issues were found on 43 pages, almost all of them insufficient colour contrast. After the fixes, the automated test found no issues.

We also checked manually keyboard use and visible focus, the skip link, heading structure, form labels and error messages, language markup, use at 200% zoom and at 320 pixels wide, and the reduced motion setting. Automated testing does not find every issue, so we welcome your feedback.
