What is not billed

The analysis, the demo page, the setup, the dashboard, change requests and support are part of the monthly fee. We do not bill by the hour.

Common questions

Do I pay for the site separately?No. The site is included in the monthly fee and never invoiced separately. The site belongs to us, and you can buy it outright from 1 800 €. That price falls every month you stay a customer, and after 24 months it is at its lowest.
Does the number of enquiries set the price?No. The price follows the size of the site, so a good month does not raise the invoice. Growing enquiries are at most a reason for us to suggest a larger site, and the decision is yours.
Why does the level go up?Because the site grows: more service pages, more languages or bookings. Maintaining one page is not the same work as twenty, and it is the one thing you can check yourself without asking us.
Is there a minimum term?No. The monthly fee is billed one month at a time and you can stop whenever you like. The content and the domain are yours.
Is support included?Yes. Change requests are made in the dashboard and they are not billed separately. We answer within the same working day.
